EMS Noise is the project of Synth Warrior Vern Avola (ex Prizehog) and is one of our favourite musical projects of the present day.
EMS is a sometimes touring companion of DEAD and featured on Vol IV of "The Trilogy" series.
This recording sees them in collaboration with Jem from DEAD; Stepping away from the drumkit and this time attacking a 44 Gallon drum with hammers, mallets and a piece of pipe fencing stolen from a worksite.
The whole thing was recorded and mixed at the EMS ranch in Portland, OR by Vern.
